1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate and complete information (name, email, phone number, address) when signing up.
Your email address is verified through a one-time password (OTP) sent to it before your account is activated.
You are responsible for keeping your password and account confidential, and for all activity under your account.
One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. Orders and Pricing

Prices, discounts, and promotions shown on the site are subject to change without prior notice.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Product images are for reference — actual packaging or shade may vary slightly.

4. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Full payment is due to the delivery rider upon receipt of your order. This section will be updated if additional payment methods are added.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive the order.
Order status (processing, out for delivery, delivered, cancelled) can be tracked through your account.

6. Returns and Refunds

The details below are a starting default — replace with your actual return window and conditions.

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
To request a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and photos of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless the item is unopened and unused.

7. Product Reviews

Reviews you submit must be honest and based on your own experience. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that are abusive, spam, fake, or violate these terms before they are published.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information, interfering with site operation, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RBJPJ Salon Supplies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased, beyond the value of the order in question.
